How long does it usually take to do academic certification?

In general, the whole process of certification and evaluation of foreign academic degrees takes about 20 working days.

20 working days from the date of passing the preliminary examination (that is, the integrity check of the certification application materials) to the date of printing and producing the certification results, excluding the translation time of the certification application materials, the mailing time of the certification application materials and the certification results.

On the premise of complete application materials, stable verification channels and clear types of certificates, our center can generally issue certification results in about 20 working days.

Some certification applications with stable verification channels (such as applications for overseas academic degree certificates issued by some American and British universities, Chinese-foreign cooperatively-run schools or projects) may issue certification results within 20 working days.

Under special circumstances, the time limit for issuing certification results may be extended. These situations include but are not limited to the lack of effective verification or contact information in the card issuing institution or institution; The certification body or institution failed to reply to our verification letter in time; Certification institutions or institutions do not cooperate with the verification initiated by our center on the grounds of protecting students' privacy; The qualification of the certification body or institution is in doubt; The level and validity of the certificate are not clear; The way to obtain the certificate is not clear; The certificate has been issued for a long time; The higher education system and academic framework of the country or region where the certification institution or institution is located are quite different from those of China; Multiple overlapping of graduation peaks in popular countries or regions studying abroad; The supplementary materials of the certification applicant are not timely.

In order to simplify the application procedure of foreign academic degree certification, from 20 14, the certification results will no longer be forwarded (handed in) by the certification institution, but will be sent directly to the certification applicant by EMS express mail from our center. Specially remind certification applicants to fill in the address in the mailing list accurately and ensure that it is consistent with the contact address filled in the certification application system. So as to avoid the problem that the authentication result cannot be delivered on time.
