An assessment of the shortage of immigrants in Australia

ACS, the Australian Computer Society, is the technical evaluation department of all IT industries among Australian skilled immigrants, including short-term professional computer experts. The short-term professional recognition of c++ and Java industries is evaluated by ACS.

A. Basic requirements and conditions of application:

Taking the preparation of IT professional evaluation as an example, the standards of IT professional evaluation are introduced in detail on the website of the Australian Computer Association. Eligible people are divided into three groups, group A, group B and group C, which seem dazzling, but in fact their core contents can be summarized into the following four categories:

1. Bachelor degree or postgraduate degree in computer science, with more than four years working experience in IT technology;

2. College computer major or postgraduate computer major, with more than 6 years working experience in IT technology;

3. No relevant education, but master IT technology through self-study and have more than 6 years of work experience (the time required to complete relevant education should be subtracted from the actual work experience time);

4. In the last 6 months, I have completed the IT courses that meet the requirements in Australia, and my work experience can be exempted;

B. Basic materials for needs assessment;

1. Fill in the complete application form.

2. Notarization of academic qualifications and degrees, and notarization of university transcripts (one copy in Chinese, stamped by the university, and then stamped at the stamp);

3. Letter of recommendation from the employer (in English, signed by the leader), printed on the company stationery;

4. Resume (English), including job description, project, hardware and software environment, programming language, responsibility and contribution to the project. (Seal of unit)

6. Copy of birth certificate or passport;

7. Application evaluation fee: 400 Australian dollars (check, money order, wire transfer, credit card)

8. Notarization of work experience;

9.2 passport photo. (It's the same as a passport, otherwise the notary office will sign to prove the applicant.)

10.MCSE and other IT certificates. (Original or official certificate)

C. evaluation process, cost and cycle;

Send materials, fees and return address to ACS. After the materials are sent, ACS will have a confirmation letter, waiting for the results, and can often query and track them online.

Fees: including notarization fees and assessment application fees.

The evaluation period is generally around 10- 12 weeks.
