How to handle marriage immigration?

German young people get married late, with an average age of around 30. Many young people choose to live together. Once you decide to enter the marriage hall, rigid Germans will never divorce easily, especially men! German marriage law stipulates that if the woman does not go out to work after marriage, a certain proportion of the man's pension and pension belongs to the woman. And if divorced, as long as the woman does not remarry, the man will bear the living expenses of the woman for life. Including divorce procedures, no matter who filed for divorce, the man paid the bill.

If your spouse is in Germany and has legal status, you can get a family reunion visa, and so can your children. 1979, the restrictions on the entry and reunion of children of foreign immigrant spouses were lifted, and it was stipulated that immigrant spouses and children under the age of 16 could be reunited after waiting for four years.
