Is Macau Yingfa Zhong Zhen fake?

There must be fakes. This is not to say that they are pure fakes. Most watches with accessories in the movement are replaced and polished, and then sold as 90% new or brand new. Especially for those common styles, the biggest problem with famous watches is that everything is expensive, just like maintaining famous cars, cars are expensive and accessories are more expensive. Once those accessories have been tampered with, they cannot be called fake watches.
