How to apply for foreign academic degree certification after studying abroad?

Prepare information and follow the process.

Overseas academic certification materials:

1, two-inch color ID photo;

2. The originals and photocopies of all degree certificates or higher education diplomas obtained abroad;

3. The original and photocopy of the complete official transcript of the certificate degree; Winners of foreign research-oriented degrees, without transcripts, are required to provide the original and photocopy of relevant research certificates issued by the school or tutor, involving information such as the start and end date of study, research direction, and degree award.

4. The original Chinese translation of certified foreign certificates and transcripts or research certificates (it must be translated by a regular translation agency (company), and personal translation is invalid);

5. Original and photocopy of all passports of the applicant (including all visa records and entry and exit records during the study abroad).

6. The original and photocopy of the certificate issued by the embassy (consulate) of China for returning overseas students;

7. The original and photocopy of the last higher education diploma before China.

8. If entrusting others to submit certification application materials, the agent shall provide the Power of Attorney for Submitting Certification Application Materials (see "File Download" on the homepage of the system for the template) and the valid identity certificate of the agent.

9. Relevant certificates that need to be issued additionally are as follows (originals and photocopies of the following materials are required).

Foreign degree certification process:

Step 1: Log in to the foreign academic degree certification system and register your personal account, and fill in the certification application online.

Step 2: After filling in the authentication application, pay the authentication fee online for the submitted authentication application in the authentication system.

Step 3: Submit the certification application materials to the selected certification institution.

Step 4: Applicants can log in to the system to inquire about the authentication process and status.

Step 5: After the certification is completed, the certification result will be sent to the applicant by EMS.
