What kind of visa is a Z visa?
In order to facilitate identification and management, some countries use different letter codes to indicate visas issued according to different reasons of visa applicants. This letter code is the visa code.

Processing of Z symbol:
Step 1: Go to the Municipal Labor Bureau to handle the Employment Certificate for Foreigners or the Work Permit for Foreign Experts in China.
Step 2: Go to the Municipal Foreign Affairs Office to handle the "invitation confirmation letter"
The third step is to apply for a work visa (Z) at Chinese embassies and consulates abroad with the Letter of Invitation Confirmation and the Certificate of Employment Permit for Foreigners issued by the Municipal Foreign Affairs Office (note: the Letter of Invitation Confirmation is valid for about 2 months, so foreigners are invited to return to China as soon as possible to apply for a professional visa).

4. Resume proof of the foreigner to be hired (including final education and complete work experience);
5. Original and photocopy of business license; Original and photocopy of organization code certificate; Foreign-invested enterprises also need to provide a copy of the approval certificate; If the resident representative office of a foreign enterprise needs to provide a copy of the approval letter, the original and a copy of the registration certificate;
6. Original and photocopy of passport (or travel document), and photocopy of home page and visa page;
7. Original health certificate (white physical examination form) and photocopy 1 copy (physical examination at the municipal entry-exit quarantine bureau);
8. An application form for employment of foreigners in duplicate (downloaded by the Training and Employment Section of the Center);
9. The local public security department of the host country shall issue the certificate of no criminal record, education certificate and professional and technical qualification certificate, and translate them in Yantai Foreign Affairs Office Translation Center (Korea shall be notarized by its own law firm and certified by the China Embassy and Consulate in Korea).
