Men in Black is a sci-fi comedy film directed by barry sonnenfeld in 1997, which is adapted from lowell cunningham's comic book of the same name and starring tommy lee jones, will smith, Linda Fiorentino, Vincent D'Onofrio and rip torn.

The film was released by Columbia Film Company on July 2, 1997. The film tells that due to the constant wars in the universe, a large number of aliens have taken refuge in the earth. As a special policeman dealing with aliens, men in black are committed to preventing evil aliens from secretly invading and destroying the earth.

Synopsis

The earth is not just owned by human beings. In fact, there are 1,5 aliens living among us, and the Interstellar Immigration Bureau deals with things related to aliens. Edwards, an ordinary policeman in new york, joined this organization by chance and became a member of MIB, code name J. Since then, he has no name or identity and has become the partner of Special Police K.

the first event that j responded to was the zerg invasion. Rosbo, the prince of Akron, was killed by the Zerg on the earth, and his "Milky Way", the best source of subatomic energy in the universe, was also missing. If the Zerg finds it, it will bring a devastating blow to the Akron people.

Film Review

A smart, funny and fashionable adventure film in a summer file of car wrecks and explosions. Edsolo's plays are compact, well-controlled and relaxed. If this were a musical, Fred astaire might play the role of Jones, though some of them were more active.
