In China at this time, there were Hui people everywhere except in Northeast China, Tibet and some places in the mainland. Because of their good political treatment and relaxed living environment, these people, together with the ancestors of the Hui people living in the Tang and Song Dynasties, established scattered settlements all over the country and built thousands of sacrificial temples of different sizes, gradually condensing into a new nation-the Hui people.
