According to the planning, Dabailai Reservoir Project is located in the downstream of Xixi River in Jinjiang, and the dam site is planned to be Shangyang, Hokuto Konishi Hok Township (that is, the dam site of Xiaobailai Reservoir is not far downstream). The drainage area above the dam site is 1035 square kilometers, the river length is 59.4 kilometers, and the average river gradient is 6.06%. The proposed Dabailai Reservoir has a storage capacity of 600 million cubic meters and a total storage capacity of 800 million cubic meters. The total investment of the project is estimated to be 654.38+0.00 billion yuan.
