The planned ecological resettlement area in Xixia District covers an area of 382 mu, which has the advantages of being close to the city, rich in water resources, developed in transportation and convenient to work. It is planned to resettle 3,000 people in 7 15 households in Pengyang County. The first phase of the project covers an area of 120 mu, and the first batch of immigrants 130 households with 564 people. The resettlement area (Phase II) plans to resettle 475 households with 2,000 people, with an estimated total investment of 654.38+0.2 billion yuan, which will be completed in three years. Supporting facilities such as kindergartens, primary schools, supermarkets and neighborhood committees will also be completed simultaneously.

In recent years, Xixia District has continuously increased investment in education and implemented 23 new projects in kindergartens, primary and secondary schools, with a total investment of more than 600 million yuan. Most of these projects are located in rural areas and resettlement areas. At present, the district has five leading schools and nine urban-rural educational cooperation bodies, the radiation area of high-quality educational resources is constantly expanding, and the overall level of urban and rural education development is accelerated.
