Heyuan, also known as Tea City, is a prefecture-level city in Guangdong Province, located in the northeast of Guangdong Province, in the middle and upper reaches of Dongjiang River, with Meizhou and Shanwei in the east, Huizhou in the south, Shaoguan in the west and Ganzhou in Jiangxi in the north. The city's total area is/kloc-0 1.5642 million square kilometers, covering Yuancheng District, Longchuan County, Dongyuan County, peace county, Zijin County and Lianping County.
