Documents needed for mainlanders and Macao people to get married and apply for Macao settlement.

Mainland residents may apply for settlement in Hong Kong or Macao under any of the following circumstances.

(a) one of the spouses has settled in Hong Kong or Macao; You can also apply to accompany1children under 8 years old.

(2) Having reached the age of 18 but under the age of 60, having parents who have settled in Hong Kong and Macao and have reached the age of 60, and having no children in Hong Kong and Macao, and needing their care.

(3) Those who have reached the age of 60 and have no children in the Mainland, and need to take refuge in children over the age of 18 who have settled in Hong Kong or Macao.

(four) under the age of eighteen, need to take refuge in Hong Kong or Macao parents.

(5) Children of permanent residents of Hong Kong or Macao.

The term "children without Hong Kong or Macao" in item (2) above refers to children who have no permanent resident status in Hong Kong or Macao or have been approved by the exit-entry administration department of the public security organ to settle in Hong Kong or Macao.

Two. Procedures to be performed by the applicant

Mainland residents applying to settle in Hong Kong and Macao must apply to the exit-entry administration department of the public security organ at or above the county level where their household registration is located, accept interviews and inquiries, and perform the following procedures:

(1) Submit an Application Form for Mainland Residents to Settle in Hong Kong and Macao (hereinafter referred to as the "Application Form"), which is completed and affixed with recent bareheaded color photos (48×33mm) of the applicant and relatives of Hong Kong and Macao who intend to reunite.

(2) Submit the applicant's original household registration book and ID card and submit a copy; Those under the age of 16 shall be accompanied by their guardians, submit their household registration books and identity cards, and submit copies, as well as opinions issued by their guardians allowing them to settle in Hong Kong or Macao.

(3) Copies of Hong Kong and Macao resident identity cards and Hong Kong and Macao residents' passes to and from the Mainland submitted by relevant personnel from Hong Kong and Macao. If the relevant personnel in Hong Kong or Macao are of foreign nationality, they shall submit copies of permanent identity cards and foreign passports of Hong Kong or Macao.

(four) submit the opinions of the applicant's work unit or the local police station on the applicant's settlement in Hong Kong or Macao.

(5) Submit certificates corresponding to the reasons for application.

2. Where the application conditions are specified in Items (2), (3), (4) and (5), the proof of the relationship between parents and children, such as biomedical certificate and parents' marriage certificate, shall be pointed out, among which Item (2) also includes the proof that parents have no children in Hong Kong and Macao, and Item (3) also includes the proof that parents have no children in the Mainland.

3. The circumstances specified in Item (6) of the application conditions refer to the certificates corresponding to specific special circumstances.

The original and photocopy of the certificate specified in 1 and 2 above shall be submitted.

(six) the relationship between children and parents belongs to the following circumstances, but also need to submit the following materials:

1. The applicant is under the age of 18, born out of wedlock or his parents are divorced, and the parents who raised him will soon or have settled in Hong Kong and Macao, and they can settle in Hong Kong and Macao as the children of husband and wife reunion or according to the application of minor parents. Applicants are required to provide legal and valid proof that they are being raised by their father (mother) who will soon or has settled in Hong Kong or Macao.

2. If the applicant or the related person from Hong Kong and Macao belongs to the adopted child, it must provide the legally effective adoption certificate: 3 1. 0992 If the adoption relationship was established before March, it refers to the adoption notarial certificate issued by the notary department at or above the county level when the adoption relationship was established; Where the adoption relationship was established from April to March, 19921.0999, it refers to the adoption certificate issued by the civil affairs department of the people's government at or above the county level or the adoption notarial certificate issued by the notary department at or above the county level when the adoption relationship was established; 1 August 9991after the establishment of the adoption relationship, it refers to the adoption registration certificate issued by the civil affairs department of the people's government of a municipality directly under the central government, a city divided into districts, an autonomous prefecture or the civil affairs department of the regional (league) administrative office when the adoption relationship is established.

3. If the applicant is born out of wedlock or has doubts about the parent-child relationship with his parents, he must conduct the parent-child relationship appraisal in the hospital or institution designated by the exit-entry administration department of the public security organ; Children born out of wedlock of permanent residents in Hong Kong and Macao or children who have suspicious parent-child relationship with their parents shall be identified by the institutions designated by the Exit-Entry Administration of the Ministry of Public Security.

(7) Submit other certificates deemed necessary by the exit-entry administration department of the public security organ.

Third, publicity.

If the applicant meets the application conditions and reaches the approval score, the exit-entry administration department of the public security organ will publicize the applicant's application and accept the supervision of the masses. The publicity contents include the applicant's name, gender, date of birth, reasons for application, scores, etc. The publicity time is 10 working days.

4. Procedures for applying for Hong Kong and Macao Pass

After the exit-entry administration department of the public security organ makes a decision to approve the applicant to settle in Hong Kong or Macao, it will issue a Notice of Approval of Settlement for the applicant. The applicant shall go through the cancellation procedures of account cancellation and resident ID card with the Notice of Permission to Settle. The exit-entry administration department of the public security organ shall issue a pass to and from Hong Kong and Macao to the applicant with the certificate of cancellation of the household registration and the certificate of cancellation of the resident identity card submitted by the applicant.

The Hong Kong and Macao Pass is uniformly printed by the Exit-Entry Administration of the Ministry of Public Security. Valid for three months, valid for one use.

If the passport to and from Hong Kong and Macao is lost, stolen or damaged, and the applicant applies for renewal or replacement within the validity period of the certificate, it shall apply to the exit-entry administration department of the public security organ at the place where the original application was made. If the certificate is lost or stolen, a written statement shall be submitted, and if the certificate is damaged, the original certificate shall be returned.

If the applicant fails to settle in Hong Kong or Macao without justifiable reasons within the validity period of the certificate, he/she needs to re-apply for settlement in Hong Kong or Macao.

If a child of a Hong Kong permanent resident applies for renewal or replacement of the Travel Permit between Hong Kong and Macao, the exit-entry administration department of the public security organ shall notify the Hong Kong Immigration Department and issue or reissue the certificate according to the Certificate of Right of Abode issued by the Hong Kong Immigration Department.

Seven, matters needing attention

? (a) mainland residents to Hong Kong or Macao quota approval. (2) The applicant must fill in the application form truthfully, and the photos, identity certificates and application materials submitted must be true and effective. If it is false, the applicant will bear legal responsibility.

(three) in the process of application, the applicant's application, contact address or telephone number changes, it shall promptly inform the exit and entry administration department of the public security organ.

(four) the applicant and the relatives of Hong Kong and Macao who intend to reunite shall be interviewed, inquired and photographed on the spot by the exit-entry administration department of the public security organ in accordance with the regulations.
