How long does it take to apply for a notarial certificate?

Generally speaking, the notarial certificate can be obtained within fifteen working days.

However, it may be longer, as shown below:

1. After examination, the notary office considers that the supporting materials provided by the application are insufficient, and has the right to be unfair or ask the agent to completely supplement the supporting materials before being impartial.

2. If there is force majeure in the notarization process, the processing time can also be extended.

3. If notarization matters need to be verified, the time required for verification shall not be counted in 15 days.
