Three. Parents of foreigners with excellent abilities (F- 1- 15)
Parents of themselves and their spouses who meet the following conditions:
(1) Excellent talents: interview visa holders (D-5), residence visa holders (D-7), enterprise investment visa holders (D-8), trade management visa holders (D-9), professor visa holders (E- 1) and special event visa holders (E-7).
