Legal analysis: According to the regulations of college entrance examination immigrants, those who have studied in the domicile for less than two years cannot take the local college entrance examination.

Article 37 Educated persons shall enjoy equal rights in admission, further education and employment according to law.

Schools and relevant administrative departments shall, in accordance with the relevant provisions of the state, ensure that women enjoy equal rights with men in enrollment, further studies, employment, conferring degrees and sending them abroad.

Article 44 Educatees shall perform the following obligations:

(1) Abide by laws and regulations;

(2) Abide by students' code of conduct, respect teachers, and develop good ideological and moral character and behavior habits;

(three) study hard and complete the prescribed learning tasks;

(4) Abide by the management system of schools or other educational institutions.
