Skilled immigrants in Australia meet four basic conditions:

1.50 years old (excluding 50 years old)

2. English ability: IELTS score at least 4-6 (English ability)

3. Nominated occupations in 3.SOL (list of technical occupations)

4. Recent work experience (at least 12 months of SOL work experience in the 24 months before submitting the application) or at least 2 years of education/degree in Australia in the last 6 months.

How to meet the above four basic conditions is explained as follows:

1. About age: According to the date of birth of your passport or birth certificate, your application qualification will be determined based on the date of submission;

2. IELTS score: holders of passports from the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada, Ireland and New Zealand can be regarded as having the English ability to be in charge of English, that is, 6 points for four IELTS courses are exempted; Passport applicants from other countries need to take the IELTS test (some special occupations also recognize OET test scores).

3. Nominated occupation: Before submitting the visa application, you must pass the evaluation of the relevant occupation evaluation results and obtain the approval letter of the evaluation results. Please refer to the list of technical occupations to nominate occupations.

SOL after July 20 1 1 is divided into Schedule 1 and Schedule2. If you can't get a nomination (guarantee) from a certain continent or territory, then your occupation must be in Schedule 1. If you get a nomination (guarantee) from a continent or territory, your occupation can be in Schedule 65438+.

In other words, for the 175/885 visa, the nominated occupation must be in the schedule 1. For the 176/886 visa sponsored by relatives, the nominated occupation must also be in the schedule 1. 176/886 government or regional sponsorship visa, the nominated occupation must be on the 1 or 2 form and on the occupation list of the sponsoring country or region. 4. Recent work or study experience in Australia:

Recent work experience:

Applicants must have at least 12 months of SOL professional experience within 24 months before submitting visa applications. If your nominated occupation is a mechanic occupation starting with 4, you must have 12 months of relevant experience in the nominated occupation within 24 months before submitting the application.

Australian study experience (except recent work experience)

The requirements of studying in Australia for exemption from recent work experience can be summarized as follows:

A. Two-year full-time study (at least 16 months, 92 weeks for CRICOS registration).

B. If it is above 2 degrees, it must be closely related to the nominated occupation.

C. Submit the corresponding visa application within 6 months after completing the course.
