Do I need to declare to the local public security bureau when I enter Cambodia?
No need.
Entry and exit cards must be filled in when entering the country. The entry card is kept by Cambodian immigration officials, and the exit card is kept by passengers, and will be checked and recovered when leaving the country. At the time of entry, immigration officials stamp the duration of stay on passports and exit cards, usually one month. Please check it carefully to avoid being fined if your visa expires. The Cambodian Immigration Bureau stipulates that the visa will be fined $5 per day if it expires.
