Does the auxiliary police have the power to enforce the law?

Legal analysis: Auxiliary police have no independent law enforcement power, but they can participate in law enforcement under the leadership of the people's police. At present, there is no legislation on auxiliary police at the national level, but most local laws and regulations stipulate the rights and responsibilities of auxiliary police. It can be seen that the auxiliary police have no law enforcement power, but it does not mean that the auxiliary police cannot enforce the law. As long as the regular police are present, the auxiliary police can assist the police in law enforcement.
