Law No.425 1/20 14 on "Immigration and Social Integration Law and Other Provisions" (published at gov.gaz.α 80/1.4.2014) revised the previous legal system for issuing residence permits and abolished L.333. After meeting certain requirements, third-country nationals have the right to issue gold visas. Details are as follows:

Greek laws and regulations stipulate the requirements for granting third-country nationals the qualification to apply for a gold visa. According to the decision of the General Administration of Greece, third-country nationals who meet the following conditions will be granted a five-year renewable residence permit:

1. legally enter or live in the country with any type of visa, even if the residence certificate held by him does not allow the purpose of residence to be changed;

2. Have complete ownership and own real estate in Greece. If * * * owns property worth 250,000 euros, the right of residence can only be granted if the owner of the property is the spouse who owns an inseparable share of the property. In the case that all other * * * have the same ownership, the right of residence can only be granted when the ratio of each * * * to the owner is equal to 250,000 euros;

3. The real estate in Greece is wholly owned and occupied by the legal entity in which the applicant owns shares;

4. According to the second paragraph of Article 8 of Law 4002/20 1 1, an agreement has been signed to lease hotel accommodation or furnished tourist accommodation in the tourist accommodation complex for at least 10 years;

5. The time-sharing agreement has been signed in accordance with the provisions of Law 200 11986 (Official Gazette, Series I,No. 167) to regulate the time-sharing agreement and related matters, and has come into effect. /zd/ym/zd/ym
