★ What diseases cannot be immigrated to the United States?

The following diseases cannot immigrate to the United States:

Infectious diseases that have great influence on public health: including chancre, gonorrhea, groin granuloma, leprosy infection, sexually transmitted lymphogranuloma, active tuberculosis and syphilis.

Behavioral diseases that will damage property, safety or public interests: such as physical or mental disorders that will damage property, safety or public interests, also belong to the category of disapproval. But the disease must be related to harmful behavior, otherwise it cannot be a reason to refuse to get a green card.

The applicant refuses or fails to vaccinate: one part of the physical examination is vaccination, including measles, mumps, rubella, polio, tetanus, diphtheria toxoid, whooping cough, influenza B and hepatitis B. Applicants who refuse to be vaccinated for some reason or who have been vaccinated before but refuse to be vaccinated again without relevant certificates will be classified as unqualified in physical examination.
