Enterprise history of China Coal Energy Xinjiang Branch

From June, 5438 to February, 2006, China Coal Energy Co., Ltd. was successfully listed in Hong Kong. In February 2008, China Coal Energy Co., Ltd. returned to A shares.

China China Coal Energy Co., Ltd. Xinjiang Branch (hereinafter referred to as "China Coal Xinjiang Branch") was established in June 2008. It is located in Urumqi High-tech Zone. It is a branch of China Coal Group and China Coal Energy in Xinjiang. It is responsible for the development, construction, production, operation and management of China Coal Energy in Xinjiang, and performs the investor function on behalf of China Coal Energy. On March 28th, 2009, China Coal Group signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement with the People's Government of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region. According to the agreement, China Coal Group will invest no less than 654.38+000 billion yuan to build large-scale coal, power generation, coal chemical projects and industrial parks in Tuha, Zhundong, Yili and other coal-rich areas in the next five years. The two sides will explore and develop large-scale coal projects, build large-scale coal-fired power and coal chemical projects, and provide coal mine construction services. Commercial coal industrial base will be built in Hami area, and coal, electricity and coal chemical industrial bases will be formed in Zhundong and Yili areas. The signing of the strategic cooperation framework agreement has kicked off the rapid and efficient development of coal resources in Xinjiang by China Coal Group.
