3) Psychological nurses (nurses and counselors with double certificates or above):

Chatting (short at home, love skills, national affairs, world affairs, love for children), psychological comfort (relieving boredom), psychological consultation (guiding and clearing ideological obstacles), arranging various learning activities, observing the emotional changes of the elderly, reporting to the director in time, introducing mutual understanding among the elderly, communicating and coordinating, solving contradictions and disputes among the elderly, and assisting various work and home visits of the elderly autonomous groups.
