According to the relevant person in charge of Zhuhai Municipal Bureau of Human Resources and Social Security, there is a strong demand for first-line outstanding employees of key enterprises in Zhuhai, but at present, the basic conditions of Zhuhai's "two five years" are higher than talent introduction, so bringing these first-line outstanding employees into the scope of talent introduction is conducive to key enterprises to better retain and stabilize blue-collar workers.

According to the notice, front-line management and technical backbones who have worked in key enterprises in Zhuhai for more than 2 years (Jinwan District, Doumen District, Gaolan Port Area 1 year or more) can apply for introduction and household registration procedures according to procedures.
