Peng Zhen has many old buildings, which can't be developed. Peng Zhen locals build houses on the old basis, and many villagers' private plots are used to build houses. It has always been the urban-rural fringe, and there is no new planning and park construction. This is a major obstacle to building a new countryside or urban construction.
