However, behind the ambition of grand planning, Shangrao Economic Development Zone has to face the reality that it is difficult to gamble on the "car dream". Automobile industrial park closed down and abandoned

Among the latter shareholders, Shangrao Economic Development Zone Management Committee and Jiangxi Ji Yun Investment Co., Ltd. The project is invested and constructed by Shangrao Anxin Development Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Shangrao State-owned Group, with a planned area of about 2,096 mu, of which the standard workshop covers an area of 1 100 mu in the first phase and 996 mu in the second phase. Although the business development of China Auto Parts (Shangrao) Industrial Base and China Automobile Ruihua New Energy Automobile Industrial Park is not ideal, it has not stopped the local enthusiasm for developing the automobile industry. This has also triggered the concern of regulators and industry insiders about "overheated investment and overcapacity" in Shangrao, Jiangxi.
