MSUBIT University in Shenzhen is a Chinese-foreign cooperatively-run university with independent legal personality, which is jointly established by Shenzhen Municipal People's Government, Beijing Institute of Technology and Lomonosov Moscow State University with the approval of the Ministry of Education of People's Republic of China (PRC).
