The initial training in Laimei is twice a year. The initial training will teach you the skills needed by certified coaches in Laimei. You will receive the latest routines and instruction manuals of the courses you signed up for, and you will also receive on-site guidance from certified trainers.

Training instructions:

The initial training of Laimei China is limited to the full-time or part-time coaches of authorized clubs who have signed up for this project, and Laimei China is only registered by the Group Operation Manager.

Laimei China has the right to request the authorized club to provide a service/labor contract with the coach to verify the qualification of the participating coach. Authorized clubs must confirm the club coaches association before training.

The training registration link is only posted on the training WeChat group by Laimei China, and the coach obtains the registration link by any other means at his own risk. Unauthorized club coaches will be disqualified once they are found in training, and the training fee will not be refunded.

In case the authorized club conceals or collects the coach's high training fee, once found, the training will be cancelled. Laimei China will have the right to unilaterally terminate the cooperative relationship with the authorized club.

If you are unable to attend the initial training due to force majeure such as sports injury, pregnancy, infectious diseases, or other family accidents, you should provide a copy of the relevant medical certificate and an application for refund or extension, and Laimei China will handle the refund or extension on the last working day of the month after receiving it. No refund or delay will be made under any circumstances other than the above.
