Beijing Notary Association is a self-regulatory organization in Beijing's notary industry, and it is a non-profit social organization legal person approved and registered by Beijing's social organization registration authority. The association accepts the supervision and management of Beijing Municipal Bureau of Justice and Beijing Municipal Bureau of Civil Affairs. Its main duties are: to supervise notaries and notaries' practice activities; Formulate industry norms and assist the competent government departments to guide the notarization work in this Municipality; Study the development strategy of the industry; Carry out professional ethics and practice discipline education; Organizing notarization business training; Handle notarization disputes and complaints, and investigate members' violations of discipline and discipline; Safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of members and ensure that members perform their duties according to law; Carry out notarization and publicity work, host association publications, and promote the construction of industry civilization; Organize welfare undertakings and cultural activities of members; Organize notarization exchange and notarization academic discussion and cooperation; Responsible for the verification and comparison of notarial certificates across the Taiwan Strait and the sending of copies of notarial certificates.

According to the needs of work, our secretariat plans to recruit staff, and the recruitment requirements are as follows:

1, bachelor degree or above in law;

2. Have good written expression skills, master certain computer operation skills, and be above CET4 (including CET4);
