Even if you earn a high hourly wage and have no social security when you are sick, you can go to the hospital at your own expense.

So it's better to be a regular employee. If you work hard, you will have the opportunity to be promoted in the future. If you are promoted to foreman in the future, your salary will be very high. The head waiter may also be a supervisor in other small restaurants for several years. However, hourly workers have no promotion opportunities, annual leave, double pay and other hotel benefits.
