Personally, I think the process of their job fair is very problematic. First, mention the atmosphere at the scene, say some humorous words (to reduce the depression at the scene), then talk about post standards and company benefits (to let candidates understand what is going on and let go of their guard), and then begin to explain the history of the boss and the development direction of brand products.

Generally speaking, it is good to have a general understanding of the company's development direction. The founders (Jin, Li, Tan Girard, four American tycoons) are also very strong, and there are many group companies, such as Jin Haoyang, Lazy Hedgehog, English School, Xiao Taohua, Ai Ouxi and Sanyuan. These materials can be found on the Internet. The top four companies are the top companies in the beauty industry.
