Nowadays, with the political prosperity and social progress, gourd, as a carrier of our traditional culture in China, has been gradually picked up again, and is regarded as an auspicious thing to pray for happiness, ward off evil spirits, get rid of diseases and eliminate disasters, and is popular all over the country. So I changed from an incompetent cartoonist to a gourd pyrographer.

So I opened a shop. The name of the store is "Rare Gourd".

What bothers me most is that my friends from other places want to open such a store in the local area when they see that my business is good, and they call me all day to ask to join. " I just feel that there are so many friends who like gourd, and the team is growing day by day. How lively is it? ! In front of my wife, I can stand tall and be a man: "Look, we have friends all over the world! I am doing big business! " But people really take it seriously, but it's not like this! Shanghai, Beijing, Guangzhou, Kunming, chasing my ass to join the contract, this is in big trouble!

Reporter: Mr. Xu, thank you for taking the time to accept my interview! I heard that you gave up your stable job in 2005 and started your own business. What are your considerations?
X: I graduated from marketing. All people engaged in marketing have more entrepreneurial passion than ordinary people, so do I. At that time, I worked as a channel manager in a new technology enterprise in China. At that time, my salary was not bad, but I had the dream of starting a business when I was a student, but I never found a suitable project.
Reporter: So, when you started your business, why did you choose to set up China University Students' Work-study Network?
First of all, the huge campus market in China attracted me. It is roughly estimated that there are more than 40 million college students each year, and the total annual consumption exceeds 80 billion yuan. What these students care about most is not how to spend, how to study and how to entertain, but how to find a job. Part-time internship at school, employment after graduation, etc. , throughout the entire student career. At present, the information of the student employment market in China is not smooth, and there is also a situation of warlord separatism. There are thousands of various student employment websites, but few of them are really mature and influential. In addition, one of our founding purposes is to help college students stand on their own feet, so we set up a work-study network for college students in China.
Reporter: The website has been established for two years. What is your entrepreneurial experience?
Xu: Entrepreneurs should be tolerant of loneliness. Don't be too ostentatious at the beginning of your business. You may not make a profit at this time, but you still need to do many practical things, such as marketing, work arrangement and division of labor. You have no time to do these things well. We didn't make a profit for a whole year before May 2006, but no one in our team was discouraged. We can see our future. Maybe we didn't achieve our goal today, so we need to be alone for a while.
Reporter: Can you tell us something about the renaming of the website?
Xu: China University Students' Work-study Network changed its name to Net. There are two considerations: First, if you want to make Net a brand, you need a simple and memorable name. The original website name is too long, which is similar to some websites and easy to be confused. Second, in May this year, the website was revised twice, and an education enrollment channel was added. Obviously, the original name is a bit narrow, Xue Zhu. Com "can better reflect the function of the new website. The name of the website can be changed, but our service tenet will never change.
Reporter: Can you introduce the development model of Xue Zhu? com?
X: Yes. Xue Zhu. Com is located in the two major fields of campus employment, education and enrollment, serving college students all over the country. We have adopted the development mode of franchise chain in China and actively encouraged college students to start their own businesses. At present, it has covered all provincial capital cities and some secondary cities in China.
Reporter: What specific measures have you taken to "actively encourage college students to start businesses"?
Xu: College students from all over the country can join our entrepreneurial system. They can be campus agents in Xue Zhu. Free download. You can also join our sub-station, and all the expenses are cheaper than those of enterprises. At the same time, we have adopted many incentive policies for entrepreneurial students with good performance. Here, I appeal to all students to start their own businesses on the premise that they have time and ability. I don't approve of dropping out of school and starting my own business.

X: At present. Com is the largest campus recruitment platform in China, and it is also an incubator for college students.
