In order to further improve the prevention and control of epidemic situation in COVID-19 and ensure the medical safety of you and your family to the maximum extent, our hospital has taken the following prevention and control measures in combination with the current grim situation of epidemic prevention and control and the actual situation of the hospital, which is well known and implemented.

First, about medical treatment.

1. When entering the hospital, please wear a mask correctly, bring your ID card, show your health code and travel code voluntarily, take your temperature, and cooperate with the staff in the epidemiological history investigation.

2. If you have a recent history of living in high-risk areas or key areas or contact with suspected patients, please tell the hospital staff truthfully.

3. Social voluntary testing personnel please go to the nucleic acid sampling room in the southwest corner of the new outpatient building for nucleic acid testing.

Second, the outpatient service management

1. The outpatient department of the hospital advocates making an appointment to see a doctor, and seeing a doctor in different periods to avoid gathering people and cross-infection. 2. Please consciously cooperate with the hospital to implement the management of "one doctor, one patient and one consulting room".

3. Please consciously keep a distance of 1 m from others while waiting for medical treatment, medicine collection, payment, admission and discharge procedures.

4. Patients with fever, patients in middle and high risk areas, patients with yellow code and red team, please take the initiative to go to the fever clinic on the northwest side of the east gate of the hospital to tell the epidemiological history truthfully. Those who deliberately conceal their behavior will be investigated for legal responsibility according to law.

Third, ward management

1. Newly-admitted patients must undergo nucleic acid test before hospitalization, and go through the admission formalities after the nucleic acid test is negative.

2. Hospitalized patients advocate unnecessary escort. If the illness requires, the management of "one person and one companion" shall be implemented, and a chaperone shall be fixed. The accompanying personnel must complete the nucleic acid test before accompanying, and enter the department to apply for the accompanying certificate after the result is negative. The accompanying personnel shall not be changed during hospitalization.

3. Hospitalized patients and accompanying personnel must truthfully inform medical staff whether there are any recent epidemics such as residence history or contact history of suspected patients in high-risk areas and key areas.

4. Wards are strictly managed in a closed manner, and visitors are refused. Relatives and friends are encouraged to express their condolences by using WeChat and telephone.

5. During hospitalization, patients and accompanying personnel shall not leave the hospital, and shall not visit other wards in series, so as to reduce unnecessary walking and cooperate with health monitoring.
