At present, our company is the largest second-class qualified transportation enterprise in Chifeng transportation industry.

It is the only road transport passenger transport enterprise with second-class qualification in Chifeng area, one of the top 100 logistics enterprises in China, and ranks 64th among the top 500 transportation enterprises in China.

Warehouse type:

High platform aluminum alloy structure warehouse. The area of high platform warehouse with aluminum alloy structure is square meters, and the height of available space is meters. This kind of warehouse has the advantages of good flood control and moistureproof performance and large turnover space outside the warehouse, and is especially suitable for the storage of frequently accessed bulk commodities.

Floor thermostat. It has a floor thermostat of square meters, and the height of available space is meters. The building conditions of such warehouses provide preconditions for meeting the different requirements of some products in temperature control.

The liquidation of aluminum alloy structure. It has an aluminum alloy flat library of square meters, and the height of available space is meters. The advantage of this type of warehouse is that it has a large turnover space outside the warehouse, which is especially suitable for storing bulk commodities with frequent access.

Flammable goods warehouse has a square meter warehouse, which can store flammable goods. This type of warehouse can provide special goods storage belonging to flammable dangerous goods.

There is a LTL delivery every other day. Less-than-truckload delivery, the company promises that the goods will arrive the next day and leave the next day.

Show it. For the distribution services of major shopping malls, supermarkets and chain outlets in the city, the company also provides services to help customers display goods on the shelves.

Warehousing system services:

Room temperature and constant temperature warehouse storage, high-rise stacking shelf storage.

Real-time inventory control. An effective cargo card registration system can know the quantity of goods in stock at any time. Ensure the quality of goods, check at any time, report and adjust quality problems in time. Observe the warehouse regularly to ensure that the temperature and humidity in the warehouse do not exceed the standard.

Processing and finishing. We provide perfect processing services such as sorting and packaging change, and the logistics center also has a special packaging processing unit, which can meet the various requirements of customers at any time.

Order processing. Order processing should be timely, accurate and efficient, and the operator can receive the goods and deliver them within a few minutes after receiving the documents.

Return processing. Fully assist the consignment company to receive the goods, fill in the receipt and warehouse receipt, and feedback to the consignment company in time so that the consignment company can make a return decision as soon as possible. When returning goods and receiving goods, unopened products can be put into storage as commodities without special instructions from the owner company. Non-unopened boxes must be counted, classified and sorted according to the instructions of the owner company before they can be put into storage.

Information system services:

Design of logistics information system. Analyze customer logistics process, provide logistics system design and system consultation.

Design of warehouse management system. According to the requirements of customers for storage conditions and the characteristics of stored goods, the personalized design of warehouse management system is carried out.

Design of transportation and distribution management system. Aiming at the distribution system of large enterprises, a set of distribution order management system is specially designed to realize the generalization of document processing to meet the requirements of various customers for distribution.

Sales and supply analysis. Starting from the interests of customers, this paper makes quantitative analysis on regular supply, shipment, circulation and safety inventory, and calculates the most economical warehouse rental area for customers.

Other information management requirements. Adhering to the service concept of customer first, we provide all-round information services: through the networking between the system and customer computers and the erection of the company's internal LAN, we can realize the timely feedback and control of inventory information between warehouses. The client company can connect to our local area network through telephone dial-up, so that customers can check the information of commodity inventory in real time. The main contents of the three-month internship are as follows:

1. Be familiar with the terrain

Familiar with the specific terrain of Chifeng area, the specific task is to draw a map of Hongshan area, ride a bicycle into the streets and lanes, accurately mark the landmark buildings on the drawn map, and finally form the work results and submit them to the manager. The working hours are three days. The landmark buildings are based on seven items, such as hotels, office buildings (buildings), hotels, companies, schools, hospitals and residential areas, with office buildings (buildings) as the focus. The attributes of these buildings include: specific location (specific to the house number), floor number, telephone number and so on. The format of the results is map+legend, and both parts should be marked with their own names and work completion dates.

Step 2 visit the office directory

According to the internship arrangement, after being familiar with the urban terrain, it is necessary to conduct targeted search visits to some buildings. This time, the scope of my visit is the whole Hongshan District, which is the area I have just become familiar with. There is no specific limit to the number of visitors, and the working time is 5 days. The specific task is: according to the maps and legends I have completed before, I will make a centralized visit to the buildings in this area. The specific workflow is as follows: the number of buildings visited today should be kept at about 10 of the previous day, and the buildings of 10 should be visited during working hours today; Firstly, coordinate with the front desk of the building and obtain the permission of the front desk and security guard of the building; Then, ask the front desk for a list of merchants through negotiation; If it fails, copy and count the list of merchants hanging on the bottom wall of the building; If the other party stops and still can't get a chance after consultation, they will give up flatly and choose the next building to visit; This cycle goes back and forth.

3. Map labeling

After visiting the office building, draw a map of the other three districts and the city center of Chifeng. The main task of this work is to have a broad and in-depth understanding of other areas after getting familiar with the Hongshan terrain. The basic process is similar to the first task. The only difference is that the scope of legend is reduced to three categories: buildings, high-end hotels and star-rated hotels. Another key point is to further refine the streets of the map to make the legend position more accurate.

4. Take orders and others

In the second half of the internship, the focus is on the third task, but some other work will be interspersed these days. To sum up, in the process of map labeling, * * * did two meaningful things-collecting tickets and proposing. The specific date of ticket collection is July 23rd, and the time is PM 1: 50-PM 3: 40. The location is customer No.244, Block D, Wang Fu Garden, and the address is No.23, Wang Fu Street. The ticket collection type is EMS, and the contents of the ticket are documents (marked as "samples"). Summarized as follows: Difficulties-finding the address and choosing the best route; Neglect-the "sender's signature" is not indicated, the words "on behalf of" are not indicated in the "remarks" column, and the "nature of express mail" and "insured amount" need not be filled in; Satisfied-communicate freely with customers, submit the transport bill to the responsible person completely and correctly, and take the initiative to assume corresponding responsibilities.

How time flies! I have been practicing for nearly three months in a blink of an eye. This is a precious experience in my life, which left me with good memories. During this time, the employees and leaders of the company gave me enough tolerance, support and help, which made me fully feel the leadership's mind of "all rivers run into the sea", the heroism of "how can I see the rainbow without experiencing wind and rain", and the hardship and firmness as a pioneer. While I am in awe of you, I am also surprised that I have the opportunity to be one of them.

During these three months, under the care and guidance of leaders and colleagues, I have made some progress in all aspects through my unremitting efforts. Now I will report my work as follows.

I remember when I applied for the first time, my understanding of logistics was limited to literal meaning, but I didn't know much about freight forwarders. Other than that, I know nothing. Therefore, how to know, understand and be familiar with the industry I am engaged in during the probation period has become my top priority.

When I first came to the company, I took some professional books from them, and my understanding only stayed at the literal level. Everything here is new and challenging for me. Ignorance of school education is the premise and foundation of all progress. During this period, I have carefully studied all relevant materials and read international freight forwarders and international trade. , and absorbed a lot of useful information from the Internet. Coupled with the accumulation of daily work, I have a deeper understanding of logistics. Our company is not only a gathering place for enterprises, but more importantly, as an incubator to enter the logistics industry, all policies have a decisive impact on every employee of the enterprises entering the park. Most domestic high-tech enterprises and large and medium-sized enterprises are promoting it. Nowadays, logistics plays an important role in social construction and development, and it is one of the indicators to measure the degree of regional economic development. At present, the environment of economic development is the development of the western region, and the industrial gradient shifts from the coast to the inland. Logistics complied with this development trend and seized the opportunity to establish Huaihua Eco-industrial Park, an administrative institution with advanced system and enterprise operation. The implementation of a series of preferential policies such as "first-class finance, first-class treasury", "one-stop service" and "lowest charge area" has made me full of confidence and expectation for logistics.

After three months of internship, I gained a lot. Only by stepping out of the beautiful ivory tower and feeling the outside world can we truly appreciate the reality and cruelty of social competition. We used to be like frogs at the bottom of a well and birds in a cage, and we simply didn't feel the complexity and hardship of social work. Some students in the university campus still live an empty and boring life. It's really wrong to think about it now. We have learned so little knowledge. Without practical experience and skills, the theory and knowledge in books are far from reality. We should be soberly aware that although the logistics industry is a new industry, it has huge development space and market potential, and the employment prospects are very impressive. But it is also a hard industry, and the demand in society is more practical operators, while the demand for management talents is often less. Therefore, in college, we should not only have solid professional knowledge, but also cultivate the spirit of hard work, unity and cooperation, which is very helpful for our future employment and job selection.
