2014 Recruitment Announcement for Municipal Health Institutions in Jieyang City, Guangdong Province
In order to meet the needs of the development of medical and health services, Jieyang Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau and Jieyang Municipal Health and Family Planning Bureau are scheduled to go to Southern Medical University (Guangzhou) on April 1, 2014 for full-time students Recruiting 96 health technicians from 2014 graduates of ordinary colleges and universities with a bachelor's degree or above. The relevant matters are now announced as follows:
1. Recruitment scope, number of people and application conditions
(1) Recruitment scope
This recruitment is open to full-time ordinary students in 2014 Recruitment will be carried out for fresh graduates with bachelor's degree or above from colleges and universities (including graduates who have applied for employment suspension procedures in 2012 and 2013 and are not yet employed).
(2) Number of recruits
This time, 96 full-time college graduates in 2014 are recruited. For specific positions, please refer to the "2014 Job List for Recruitment of Staff in Jieyang Municipal Health Institutions" (see Attachment 1).
(3) Application conditions
Applicants must meet the following conditions:
1. Have the nationality of the People's Republic of China.
2. Abide by the Constitution and laws of the People's Republic of China.
3. Have good conduct and professional ethics.
4. Have the professional and other qualifications required for the position.
5. 2014 fresh graduates from full-time colleges and universities with a bachelor’s degree or above (including graduates who have applied for employment suspension procedures in 2012 and 2013 and are not yet employed).
6. Adapt to the physical and psychological conditions required by the position.
7. Comply with the family planning policy.
8. Applications will not be accepted for those who are suspected of violating laws and disciplines and are under review but have not yet reached a conclusion, or who are otherwise ineligible for recruitment by public institutions.
2. Related benefits
Recruited personnel are formal employees of public institutions and enjoy the current wages and benefits of public institution staff and relevant benefits of the recruiting unit. The probation period is one year.
3. Registration and primary selection
(1) Registration time and place.
Registration time: April 1, 2014, 9:30~15:00;
Registration location: Employment Guidance Center of Guangzhou Southern Medical University.
(2) Registration requirements.
Registration is by on-site registration, and each applicant can only apply for one position. Applicants should fill out the "Jieyang City Public Institution Recruitment Application Form" (Annex 2) on site and submit the following materials:

(3) Preliminary selection
Announce the recruitment unit status, recruitment positions and qualification requirements, and accept applications from applicants in groups. Members of the interview registration team will communicate with the applicants, understand the relevant situation, and review the relevant submitted materials, and then report to the recruitment leadership team to determine the candidates for the interview.
4. Interview
The interview is organized by Jieyang Municipal Health and Family Planning Bureau and the employer, and supervised by Jieyang Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau. The interview mainly focuses on understanding the applicant's medical and health professional knowledge, expression ability, analytical ability, words, deeds, and behavior.
(1) Interview method.
The interview will be in the form of on-site question and answer, and the candidates will answer questions about medical and health professional knowledge and related aspects raised by the recruitment judges for 5 minutes.
(2) Interview scoring.
Each recruitment judge will make an independent score based on the candidate's answers to questions. The average score of the sum of the scores of each recruitment judge will be used as the interview score. The interview score will be calculated on a percentage scale, with 60 being the passing score.
(3) Determine the candidates to be hired.
According to the order of interview scores from high to low, candidates for each position will be selected from those who have passed the interview at a ratio of 1:1. After being reported to the Jieyang Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau for approval, the Employment Agreement".
5. Physical examination and assessment
(1) Physical examination. Jieyang Municipal Health and Family Planning Bureau organizes physical examinations for candidates to be hired. The physical examination shall be carried out in accordance with the "General Standards for Physical Examination of Open Recruitment Personnel in Public Institutions of Guangdong Province".
(2) Assessment. The Jieyang Municipal Health and Family Planning Bureau will assess the candidates who have passed the physical examination, and the candidates must provide the "Family Planning Certificate" and other information. The assessment mainly examines the applicant's political ideology, moral character, ability and quality, compliance with laws and regulations, and academic performance by reviewing student files and family planning status, and reviewing the integrity and legality of the files.
After assessment, those who have bad records such as violations of laws and regulations, and do not meet the recruitment requirements or graduate employment placement policies will not be hired, and the signed "Employment Agreement" will be invalid.
6. Recruitment
Jieyang Municipal Health and Family Planning Bureau determines the personnel to be hired based on interviews, physical examinations, assessments, etc., reports to Jieyang Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau for review and approval, and handles employment procedures in accordance with relevant regulations .
