In order to safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of both the developer and the contractor of the construction project and reasonably determine the project cost, It is decided to make the following adjustments to the quota artificial price based on the pricing in the 23 edition of this province:

1. Adjustment scope

If the construction cost of buildings, decoration, installation, municipal administration, house repair, landscaping and antique buildings within the administrative area of Zhejiang Province is calculated according to the current pricing in the 23 edition, the unit price of quota man-days will be adjusted according to the provisions of this document.

II. Adjustment Contents

The unit price of the first kind of man-days in the valuation basis of Zhejiang Province in 23 was adjusted to 31 yuan, the second kind to 34 yuan and the third kind to 39 yuan.

after the quota artificial price is raised, the construction fee rate should be adjusted accordingly, and the specific rate will be published separately by the provincial construction project cost management station.

the unit price adjustment of fixed man-days will be implemented as of July 1, 29.
