Zhuhai Gongxing Transportation Group Co., Ltd. was established in June 2009. It is a wholly state-owned enterprise integrated by Zhuhai Xinhe Transportation Group Co., Ltd. and Zhuhai Gongx Automobile Company. The group's total assets/kloc-0.5 billion yuan, 9079 employees and annual operating income of 950 million yuan.

The Group has nine wholly-owned or holding subsidiaries, including Bus Co., Ltd., Bus Xinhe Changyun Co., Ltd., Bus Baining Taxi Co., Ltd., Bus Haizhou Transportation Co., Ltd., Bus Automobile Maintenance Co., Ltd., Bus Xinhe Logistics Co., Ltd., Bus Tongda Card Operation Co., Ltd. and Bus Baining Vocational Skills Training Co., Ltd., and has formed four main business segments: local public transportation, long-distance passenger transportation, taxi rental and transportation supporting services.

The development plan of bus group in the next five to eight years is to build the company into a regional large-scale comprehensive enterprise group with market core competitiveness and Zhuhai characteristic cultural connotation through scientific and technological support, market-oriented operation, intensive management and brand service. In terms of public transport, scientific and intelligent management will be realized, and green public transport will be fully promoted on the basis of 8 LNG and 20 pure electric buses; In terms of long-distance passenger transport, it is planned to increase the number of vehicles by 4% every year, focus on the development of Jinwan District and Doumen District, and increase the expansion of inter-provincial passenger transport lines; In terms of taxis, we should make full use of Baining's scale advantage and brand influence in the taxi industry to build a civilized service fleet and lead the standardized development of Zhuhai taxi industry; Other supporting service companies will rely on their main business for common development.
