The Group has nine wholly-owned or holding subsidiaries, including Bus Co., Ltd., Bus Xinhe Changyun Co., Ltd., Bus Baining Taxi Co., Ltd., Bus Haizhou Transportation Co., Ltd., Bus Automobile Maintenance Co., Ltd., Bus Xinhe Logistics Co., Ltd., Bus Tongda Card Operation Co., Ltd. and Bus Baining Vocational Skills Training Co., Ltd., and has formed four main business segments: local public transportation, long-distance passenger transportation, taxi rental and transportation supporting services.
