There are two colleges in this college.

Huai 'an Teachers College was established in 1958, located in Huai 'an City, Jiangsu Province. It is a key construction university and a first-class discipline construction university in Jiangsu Province. The college has more than 20,000 students and 2,000 faculty members, including more than 200 full-time teachers/kloc-0 and more than 600 teachers with senior titles.
