What is the work in front of the blast furnace?

The work mainly includes: (1) monitoring the equipment of the blast furnace control system, adjusting the furnace condition and directing the blast furnace operation; (2) Operate the slag stopper, open the slag outlet, and discharge part of the slag (charging slag); (3) operating the taphole machine to open the taphole, discharging molten iron, and monitoring the slag separation of molten iron in the slag-iron separation device; (4) controlling the tapping device or sand pile in the iron slag ditch, putting the molten iron into the ladle or mixer, putting the slag into the slag tank or flushing the slag with water; (5) use tools to load the special mud into the electric gun, and after tapping, operate the electric gun to stuff the mud into the taphole; (6) using tools to clean up the residue and residual iron, repair the slag iron ditch, and replace the tuyere and slag iron mouth; (7) operating the iron casting machine, pouring the molten iron in the ladle into a mold and casting into molded iron, and scraping slag, guniting and loading the mold; (8) Troubleshooting and maintenance of iron yard and equipment.
