What does a granulator do?

The work mainly includes: (1) operating the pump of the feeder and sending the prepared flowing materials into the granulator; (2) adjusting and controlling the feed flow and pressure of the granulator, the flow and speed of the heat carrier gas, the heating temperature and other process parameters, and making solid particle products by extrusion or spraying; (3) operating the screening machine to classify the solid particle products according to the specification requirements; (4) to find and deal with the abnormal phenomena and accidents in the granulation system; (5) Fill in the production record report.
