(1) Registration and confirmation

1. On-site registration for art positions. After the written test results are announced, the comprehensive, teaching and health posts will examine the qualifications of the interviewers. The Organization Department of the State Party Committee and the State People's Social Security Bureau are responsible for the qualification examination of state departments, the Organization Department of the county (city) Party Committee and the People's Social Security Bureau are responsible for the qualification examination of Korla Economic and Technological Development Zone, and the Administrative Committee of Korla Economic and Technological Development Zone is responsible for the qualification examination.

Interviewers need to take the downloaded registration form, admission ticket, ID card, household registration book, graduation certificate and other documents required for recruitment to the designated place for qualification examination, among which:

2. Interview requirements

(1) Candidates attending the interview must meet at the designated waiting place 40 minutes before the official interview. Candidates who arrive after the interview will be disqualified.

(2) Comprehensive and health job interviews are mainly structured interviews. Teachers' job interviews are mainly conducted in the form of lectures. Job interviews in fine arts are mainly based on practical exercises and scenario simulations.

(5) Physical examination

According to the comprehensive scores of written test and interview, the physical examination personnel are determined according to the proportion of the number of people to be employed in the recruitment position 1: 1. The physical examination standards for comprehensive, health and artistic posts shall be implemented with reference to the General Standard for Civil Servants' Physical Examination (Trial) (Annex 3), and the physical examination standards for teachers shall be implemented with reference to the Physical Examination Standards for Teachers' Qualification Candidates in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region (Annex 4).

The list of medical examiners and specific requirements for medical examination will be notified on the website of Bazhou Human Resources and Social Security Bureau and Bazhou White Swan. The medical examiner shall report to the designated place at the specified time according to the application position and the notification requirements.

2. Physical examination requirements

If the medical examination is unqualified and I apply for re-examination, I can re-examine in the designated general hospital at or above the county level with the approval of the recruitment leading group. If there is a clear conclusion in the review, I can only do it once, and the physical examination results shall be subject to the review conclusion. Those who fail the physical examination can't be hired, and the vacancies will be filled according to the total score of this position.

The medical examination fee shall be borne by the candidates themselves.

(6) Investigation

Candidates who have passed the physical examination shall be inspected according to the regulations. Candidates shall fill in the Examination and Employment Investigation Form for Staff of Bazhou Public Institutions and submit it to the applicant and its competent department. Those who fail to pass the inspection will be disqualified, and the vacancies will be filled in turn according to the total score of the position. The inspection work shall be undertaken by the competent department of the employing unit.

(7) Publicity

After the inspection, the recruitment leading group will determine the list of candidates according to the examination results, physical examination and inspection results, and publicize it through the websites of Bazhou Human Resources and Social Security Bureau and Bazhou White Swan. The publicity period is 7 days.

(8) Employment

After there is no objection to the publicity results, the recruitment leading group will conduct examination and approval, and the organization department of the State Party Committee and the State People's Social Security Bureau will handle the employment procedures. Reflect the problems affecting employment and find evidence, and will not be hired; If it is difficult to verify the problems reflected at the moment, the employment can be suspended until a certain period of time before deciding whether to hire.

All new employees will be hired. The probation period is one year, and the wages and benefits during the probation period shall be implemented in accordance with relevant state regulations. Newly recruited teachers must obtain the national unified teacher qualification during the probation period, and those who have not obtained the teacher qualification will be disqualified.

After the probation period expires, the employer will conduct a comprehensive assessment. Those who pass the formal employment formalities according to the relevant regulations.
