Tian Yang Village, Yantian Village, Tangyan Village and Guanghua Village in Huilongsi Town adjacent to Shaoyang County; Jin Ming Village, Matouqiao Town; Dangjia Village, Feng Ping Village, Tianxing Village, Toyota Village, Shangfeng Village, Jishan Village and Chaping Village in Toyota Township; There are 15 villages in Xuntian Township, such as Shijing Village, Longgong Village and Liu Shan Village.
