3. Enterprise project performance: In the past 10 years, it has undertaken the construction of 4 of the following 7 categories of projects, of which at least there are projects listed in Category 1, and the project quality is qualified.

(1) A cumulative construction of more than 25 kilometers of urban main roads; or a cumulative construction of more than 1.5 million square meters of urban secondary roads and above; or a cumulative construction of more than 100,000 square meters of hard paved area in urban squares;
