Notice on Severely Investigating and Punishing Illegal Acts in Prevention and Control of 15 Epidemic Situation

In order to ensure that the normalized epidemic prevention and control work in the county is carried out according to laws and regulations, and to ensure people's health and stable economic and social development, during the normalized epidemic prevention and control period, the following 15 illegal acts involving epidemic prevention and control will be severely investigated and punished. The notice is as follows:

1. refusing to cooperate with the epidemic epidemiological investigation carried out by the disease control and public security departments, concealing the illness, concealing travel information, and concealing the history of close contact with confirmed cases or suspected cases;

Twelve, pharmacies, online drug sales platforms do not sell cough medicine, antipyretics, antiviral drugs and antibacterial drugs according to regulations;

Thirteen, in violation of the provisions of epidemic prevention and control, arbitrarily discarded masks, protective clothing and other medical waste;

Fourteen, under the guise of epidemic prevention and control, the implementation of fraud, extortion, or posing as staff of state organs, scientific research institutions, medical personnel and other false identities;

15. refusing to implement epidemic prevention and control measures issued by people's governments at all levels, causing the epidemic to spread, or committing other illegal acts, disrupting epidemic prevention and control work and social order.

For individuals, enterprises or units suspected of the above acts, relevant departments such as public security, health, market supervision, transportation, cultural tourism, and online information will divide their responsibilities according to the nature, circumstances, occasions, causes, and degree of harm of violations of epidemic prevention measures, and according to the Criminal Law of People's Republic of China (PRC), the Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) on the Prevention and Control of Infectious Diseases, the Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) on the Prevention and Control of Infectious Diseases and other laws and regulations.
