1. Application conditions and recruitment plan

(1) Select and recruit 17 municipal primary and secondary school teachers from 17 on-the-job teachers in town-affiliated schools Name, must meet the following conditions:

1. Hold an employment registration certificate uniformly printed by the Ministry of Education, and have worked for three years or more (those who started working before August 2005).

3. The first academic qualification of those applying for junior high school teaching positions must be a full-time junior college degree or above.

4. Applicants must be teaching experts at or above the Tengzhou municipal level or first-class winners of Tengzhou’s quality courses or above.

Those who were originally teachers from public schools affiliated to towns and streets are still teaching in private schools. Those who meet the above conditions can also apply. They will not occupy the limited registration quota of the seventeen towns, but they must be approved by their current positions. Applicants who meet the above conditions must be approved by the Municipal Education Bureau.

(2) Ordinary full-time undergraduate graduates who graduated in 2007 or before and are not yet employed (excluding "one college student in one village" admitted in 2007) who apply for primary school teachers must meet the following conditions at the same time :

2. Registration and qualification review:

The specific method is:

The qualification review of applicants runs through the entire recruitment process.

3. Examination Principles and Content

The examination adheres to the principles of “openness, fairness, competition, and merit selection.”

The exam is divided into written test and lecture.

(1) Written examination

The written examination shall be conducted in the form of unified examination, unified standards and unified marking.

The examination subjects are public courses and professional knowledge. The written test score is 100 points, and the applicant's written test score is calculated based on the ratio of public courses and professional knowledge each accounting for 50%. The content of the public course subject examination is pedagogy and educational psychology; the content of the professional knowledge subject examination is the professional knowledge of the subjects in the chosen school period.

(2) Lectures

The written test scores are sorted from high scores to low scores according to the majors applied for, and the candidates for lectures are determined according to the ratio of 1:1.5 in the recruitment plan.

The lecture score is 100 points (including: lectures for music, physical education, art, and computer majors account for 50 points; basic ability tests account for 50 points).

IV. Admission methods and procedures

(1) Assessment and physical examination. Based on the total test scores (the sum of written test scores and lecture scores), from high scores to low scores, the number of candidates to participate in the assessment will be determined in equal numbers according to the reduced recruitment plan. The assessment will be organized by the Office of the Leading Group for Examination and Recruitment. The main content of the assessment is to review political performance, compliance with laws and regulations, and performance in ethics, ability, diligence, performance, and integrity, and make a final determination on their qualifications. The assessment results are divided into qualified and failed.

Qualified personnel will participate in the physical examination. The results of the physical examination are divided into qualified and unqualified.

Those who fail the assessment or physical examination will be admitted in order according to their total test scores

(2) Admission. Among those who have passed the physical examination, the list of admitted candidates will be determined and publicized in descending order according to the recruitment plan and the total test scores.

(3) Select a job position. Based on the comprehensive test scores, the admitted candidates will choose their jobs in order from high scores to low scores.

Those with the same score throughout the entire exam will be randomly determined by a computer to determine the order or selection.

Applicants who fail to participate in the selection unit on time will be deemed to have given up; after being hired, if they do not report to the employer at the specified time, or if they commit fraud during the admission process and verify the truth, their employment qualifications will be cancelled.

5. Treatment after recruitment
