(a) candidates must meet the following conditions:

1. has the nationality of the people of China;

2. Abide by the Constitution and laws;

3. Good conduct;

4. Have the professional knowledge or skills required for the post, and have the academic qualifications and qualifications required for the post. Among them, applicants with postgraduate education (including part-time postgraduate students) have both graduation certificates and degree certificates, and the undergraduate degree must be a general higher education degree;

5. Have the physical conditions required by the post;

6. The age requirement is 35 years old and below (1986 65438+ 10 month 1 day or later);

7. Have other conditions required for the position to be recruited.

(2) Persons under any of the following circumstances shall not apply for the examination:

1. Persons under criminal punishment or under investigation for suspected crimes;

2. Persons who have not been disciplined by Party discipline or government discipline or who are undergoing disciplinary review;

3. Persons who have been found to have serious violations of recruitment discipline such as fraud in the civil service recruitment and public recruitment examinations of public institutions for less than 5 years;

4. Servicemen, students in ordinary institutions of higher learning who can't obtain graduation certificates before July of 3 1 year, newly employed staff of institutions that have not completed the probation period and staff of institutions that have not completed the prescribed minimum service years;

5. Staff of organs and institutions in Yuzhou City;

6. Unless otherwise stipulated by the state and the province, the staff of public institutions shall not be employed.
