Second, the recruitment website. This channel should be more reliable, the way most people will choose. The recruitment website specializes in collecting the recruitment information of enterprises and listing it for your job search reference. There are many job information and users, and the account numbers of job seekers can also be exchanged, which provides great convenience for people to apply for jobs. We often see relatively large recruitment websites, such as worry-free future, 58 cities, BOSS direct employment and so on. There are two main modes of website recruitment. One is to screen enterprise information by yourself, and then submit resumes to companies and positions that you are interested in. Another mode is to post your job information on the website, and then have hr to check it. If they meet their requirements, they will also contact you directly. However, you should pay more attention to job hunting on recruitment websites. Some recruitment information is untrue and fraudulent, especially some small websites that are not so formal, and such websites are often not strictly regulated.

Third, WeChat official account. With the popularity of WeChat, many people now get information from WeChat official account, and recruitment is also focused on this way, so we can often see relevant photo information and job recommendation in WeChat official account. Some official WeChat accounts are dedicated to personnel or recruitment, such as a certain human resource or an official WeChat account with a special recruitment website operated by the same name. If your company has recruitment needs, it will send a message to recruit. Of course, there are also some who use their own traffic to help publicize other people's recruitment information by the way, and then charge a certain profit from it. In fact, in either case, the recruitment information on WeChat official account will be relatively true and transparent.

Besides these ways, there are many other ways. Some employers will directly post their job advertisements on some conspicuous bulletin boards, and we can also go out and have a look. However, you must not lose your judgment and vigilance because you are eager to find a job. Nowadays, there are endless scams, so we must always keep a clear head.
