Who is the founder of Changchun Louwailou Hot Pot?

The founders of this hotpot building are Sun Shi, Zhang Qingshi and Zhang Zhongxin.

At the beginning of the opening of Louwailou Hotpot Restaurant, three brothers, Sun Shi, Zhang Qingshi and Zhang Zhongxin, each contributed 50% to jointly operate it.
