1. Cancel the organizational system of Sizao Town, Haifeng Town and Dongtai Town, and merge the areas under the jurisdiction of the former Sizao Town, Haifeng Town and Dongtai Town to establish a new Dongtai Town, with the town government stationed in the East New District. After the adjustment of administrative divisions, Dongtai Town has an administrative area of 335.62 square kilometers and a population of 299,7, and has jurisdiction over 6 village committees and 23 neighborhood committees.

2. Cancel the organizational system of Xincao Town and jiang gang City, merge the areas under the jurisdiction of the former Xincao Town and the former jiang gang City, and set up a new jiang gang. The newly formed jiang gang is co-located with the coastal economic zone, and the town government is located in the coastal economic zone. After the adjustment of administrative divisions, jiang gang has an administrative area of 235 square kilometers and a population of 47,8, and governs 29 village committees.

3. Cancel the organizational system of Wulie Town, Lianyi Town and Guangshan Town, and merge the areas under the jurisdiction of the former Wulie Town, Lianyi Town and Guangshan Town to establish a new Wulie Town, with the town government located at No.8 Jinchun Road, Wulie Town. After the adjustment of administrative divisions, Wulie Town has an administrative area of 117.51 square kilometers and a population of 75,8, and governs 35 village committees.

4. Cancel the organizational system of Hougang Town and Shiyan Town, merge the areas under the jurisdiction of the former Hougang Town and Shiyan Town, and set up a new Shiyan Town, with the town government stationed at No.1 Xingshi Road, Shiyan Town. After the adjustment of administrative divisions, Shiyan Town has an administrative area of 12.29 square kilometers and a population of 71,5, and has jurisdiction over 29 village committees and 4 neighborhood committees.

5. cancel the establishment of tainan town and liangduo town, merge the areas under the jurisdiction of the former tainan town and liangduo town, and set up a new liangduo town, with the town government located at No.1 zhengfu road, liangduo town. After the adjustment of administrative divisions, the administrative area of Liangduo Town is 132.21 square kilometers, with a population of 86,3, which governs 3 village committees and 4 neighborhood committees.

VI. Cancel the organizational system of Caochengwo Town and Touzao Town, merge the areas under the jurisdiction of the former Caochengwo Town and Yuantouzao Town, and establish a new Touzao Town, with the town government stationed at No.48, Xinzhen Road, Touzaoji Town. After the adjustment of administrative divisions, Touzao Town has an administrative area of 26.82 square kilometers and a population of 78,, and governs 34 village committees.

Cancel the organizational system of Fudong Town and Fu 'an Town, merge the areas under the jurisdiction of the former Fudong Town and Fu 'an Town, and establish a new Fu 'an Town, with the town government located at No.8 Fenghuangchi Road, Fu 'an Town. After the adjustment of administrative divisions, the administrative area of Fu 'an Town is 169.94 square kilometers, with a population of 97,6, which governs 33 village committees and 4 neighborhood committees.
