Is it reliable for private enterprises to recruit lean managers?

Job responsibilities:

1. Improve the lean management system and sort out and improve various work systems and workflows;

2. Organize the training of lean production tools and methods such as 6S and Kanban to promote visual management and standardization;

3. Analyze factory management with lean methodology system, find opportunities for lean improvement, put forward improvement plans, and lead the lean team to complete the improvement.

4. Summarize, inspect, evaluate and examine the improvement projects of lean management every month;

5. Work closely with the process product team to realize lean improvement process productization;

6. Construction and management of regional lean teams, managing the daily operation of lean teams, organizing lean management training and cultivating lean management talents;

7. Human resource allocation under standard process and on-site standard work efficiency accounting;

Job requirements:

1. College degree or above;

More than 2.3 years experience in lean production management consulting projects, or more than 5 years experience in on-site improvement and lean production promotion management of large well-known enterprises (foreign/private), with rich theoretical knowledge and project operation experience such as lean production and Six Sigma.

3. Have various theories and tools of lean promotion, and be familiar with the promotion methods of lean management;

4. Strong system construction, work planning, driving force, communication and coordination and training capabilities;

5. Be able to independently promote specific special improvements;
