According to the "Interim Measures for Public Recruitment of Staff in Public Institutions of Dalian City" and the employment needs of various public institutions. In accordance with the principles of "openness, equality, competition, and merit selection", the Dalian Municipal Personnel Bureau will organize 84 public institutions to openly recruit 192 staff from the public. 2. Registration Procedure

2. Sign up. This recruitment is conducted by first registering for an exam, and then qualifying after being shortlisted for interviews. All recruitment registration is done online.
①Registration requirements. Applicants can only choose one position in one unit to register, and the ID card used during registration and examination must be consistent. Applicants must read the "Letter of Integrity Commitment" carefully and submit relevant information and materials truthfully. If the relevant information and materials submitted are inconsistent with the actual facts or are fraudulent, once verified, the examination qualification or employment qualification will be cancelled. Applications for the same position must form a competitive ratio. 3. Exam content and method
The exam consists of a written test and an interview.
1. Written test content and method

Among them, the professional ability test accounts for 30 points and the basic knowledge of public affairs accounts for 70 points. All test questions are objective questions. The test time limit is 120 minutes. The full score of the test paper is 100 points. The test is conducted in a closed-book manner.
②Written test time. The written examination time is 9:00-11:00 am on May 12, 2007. Applicants should take the exam at the time and location specified on the admission ticket. When taking the exam, you must bring your admission ticket and ID card. Candidates lacking documents will not be allowed to take the exam.
③Score inquiry. Candidates please log in to the Dalian Personnel Establishment Network on May 20, 2007 to check the written test results, passing scores, and the time and place for the qualification review of the shortlisted candidates for interview.
④ For those who pass the written test, the candidates to be interviewed will be determined according to the written test scores from high to low in a ratio of 1:3 in the recruitment plan. The final candidate determined in a ratio of 1:3 with tied written test scores will be admitted to the interview.
If the ratio of qualified candidates in the written test does not reach the 1:3 ratio, candidates who pass the written test for this position can still enter the interview after passing the qualification review, but they need to reach the interview passing score of 60 points during the interview. If the interview score is less than 60 points, the employment qualification will be cancelled.
2. Interview content and methods
① The competent department of the employer is responsible for conducting the qualification review of the candidates shortlisted for the interview. The main content of the qualification review is: admission ticket, registration form, job requirements required for the position and related certificates, etc. Only those who pass the review can participate in the interview. If the relevant documents and information provided are inconsistent with the actual situation, the applicant will be disqualified from participating in the interview, and the resulting vacancies will be filled based on the qualified written examination results.
②Interview time and place. The interview time and location will be notified later. At that time, candidates can log in to the Dalian Personnel Establishment Network to inquire. During the interview, you must provide your ID card and registration form stamped with the seal of the review department. Those who lack the above materials will not be allowed to participate in the interview.
③Interview content. The interview will be conducted in accordance with the relevant provisions of the "Implementation Rules for Interviews of Public Recruitment Personnel in Dalian Public Institutions". The interview mainly examines the overall quality, professional knowledge and practical operation ability of the candidates to adapt to the actual job requirements. The interview is worth 100 points.
3. Calculation of the total test score
The total score of the test is 100 points. The total score of the applicant is calculated according to the weighted scoring method of the written test and interview scores, and the weight is 5:5 , the total test score = written test score × 50 + interview score × 50. Based on the total score of the examination, candidates for the assessment and physical examination will be determined in a 1:1 ratio based on the number of positions in the position from high to low. For those whose overall scores are tied, candidates for assessment and physical examination will be determined based on written test scores from high to low. If the scores are still the same, candidates for assessment and physical examination will be determined through additional tests.
4. Assessment and physical examination
Assessment and physical examination are organized and implemented by the competent department of the employer. The main content of the assessment is the ideological and political performance, moral character, etc. of the candidates.
Qualified candidates will undergo a physical examination at the designated hospital.
The physical examination standards shall be implemented in accordance with the "General Physical Examination Standards for Civil Servant Recruitment (Trial)".
Recruitment vacancies due to failure in assessment or physical examination, or vacancies due to applicants voluntarily giving up, etc., will be filled in sequence according to the total examination results.
5. Publicity and Recruitment
The list of personnel to be hired after assessment and physical examination will be publicized on the Dalian Personnel Establishment Network for a 7-day publicity period. After the public notice period expires, the employment procedures shall be completed in accordance with regulations and an employment contract shall be concluded.
Fresh graduates from ordinary colleges and universities in 2007 need to go through the dispatch procedures before going through the employment procedures.
